Directions: Use on wet hair just like a traditional shampoo: massage into hair and scalp and leave on for 2 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water. Do not use a conditioner. Rid daily defense 24/7 is both a shampoo & conditioner in one. Storage conditions: Store at room temperature.
